LOAD OUT DAYS for auction items: December 17th and 18th 2024, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Pay for all items at Zielsdorf Auction location on loading dates specified. If items are not picked up on specified days, credit card on file will be charged and items will be forfeited at buyers "bidders" expense after 30 Days unless prior arrangements are made. Items are available to view 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Monday-Thursday. Call ahead to view on Fridays. GUNS: All guns are located at: Mike's Guns & Sporting Goods 116 14th St S, Benson, MN 56215 Call 320-843-2921 for hours. There will be a $25 per gun transfer fee for the 1st Gun and $15 per gun after. ALL firearm winners will have to pass a NICS test. If they cannot, the firearm will be forfeited at buyers “Bidders” expense. All guns not picked up within 30 Days will be charged a storage fee. TITLES/LIFETIME LICENSE: Title transfer handling fee of $55 per title or lifetime license will be added to invoice. All titles and lifetime licenses will be transferred at the DMV in Benson. ALL items must have a Paid Invoice to leave the property and must be paid for on load out dates listed. Everything is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no guarantees or warranties. It is the buyer’s responsibility to view all items prior to purchasing. All inspections must be done BEFORE the close of the auction. If item has “TESTED AND WORKS OR RUNS” in description, it means that the item was turned on by one of the Zielsdorf Auction staff. It does not guarantee that the item works perfectly or was tested for the exact application it is used for. Once the auction is closed, buyer gives up all rights of inspecting that item before making payment. When you become the winning bidder at any type of auction, you have entered a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. The auctioneer will NOT honor "Mistakes". Sales tax will apply unless ST3 Form (Tax Exempt Form) is presented to clerk prior to payment.
