All inspections must be done BEFORE the close of the auction. If item has “TESTED AND WORKS OR RUNS” in description, it means that the item was turned on by one of the Zielsdorf Auction staff. It does not guarantee that the item works perfectly or was tested for the exact application it is used for. Once the auction is closed, buyer gives up all rights of inspecting that item before making payment. When you become the winning bidder at any type of auction, you have entered a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. The auctioneer will NOT honor "Mistakes". Sales tax will apply unless ST3 Form (Tax Exempt Form) is presented to clerk prior to payment.
